Registration Period & Deadline
Reservations made through the official booking site must be made at least 5 days prior to the tour date. Last-minute reservations can be made by phone (same-day reservations are accepted if space is available).
Cancellation Policy
5 to 2 days prior: 30%
The day before: 40%
On the day of the session: 50%
After the session begins or in case of a no-show without prior notice: 100%

Participation Restrictions
We cannot allow participation from individuals who fall into any of the following categories: ・Children under elementary school age
・Individuals who are intoxicated due to alcohol or drugs
・Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions or illnesses
・Individuals who are feeling unwell or are severely sleep-deprived
・Pregnant women
・Individuals whose nails are so long that they are peeling or splitting

Notes
・The tour may be canceled due to weather, wind, or wave conditions.
・Please wear comfortable clothing that can get wet (cotton pants and jeans are not allowed).
・Please wear water shoes or sandals with a secure heel strap (flip-flops and sneakers are not allowed).
・Please bring a towel and a change of clothes.
・If you are prone to motion sickness, please bring motion sickness medication in advance.
・Since extreme heat is expected during the summer, please bring beverages (which you may bring onto the kayak), a hat (one that won’t easily blow away in the wind), and sunscreen to help prevent heatstroke.
