Soba-Making Workshop
You can enjoy the full experience of making 100% buckwheat soba, from kneading the dough to the finished product. One batch yields enough soba for 4 to 5 people.
Takeout is the standard option, but you can also have it boiled and eaten on the spot (advance notice required).
At “Tennyo no Sato,” a nature-rich village at the foot of Mount Isosuna—the site of Japan’s oldest legend of the Feathered Robe—you can enjoy a soba-making experience that makes the most of the area’s delicious water.
