Reservations & Registration

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 0 hours or less before the event date and time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 1 day or less before the event date and time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 4 days or less before the event date and time will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
For cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the event date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

・For groups of 3 or more people, an additional fee (3,500 yen per person) will be charged on-site on the day of your visit.
