An instructor will guide you, so even first-timers can enjoy the experience with peace of mind. Tours are held in the morning and evening, when the waves are calm.

Registration Period & Deadline
Reservations made through the official booking site must be made at least 5 days prior to the tour date. Last-minute reservations can be made by phone (same-day reservations are accepted if space is available).
Cancellation Policy
5 to 2 days prior: 30%
The day before: 40%
On the day of the event: 50%
After the experience begins or in case of a no-show without notice: 100%

Participation Restrictions
We cannot accept participants who fall into any of the following categories: ・Children under elementary school age
・People who cannot swim
・Participants weighing 120 kg or more
・Participants who are intoxicated due to alcohol or drugs
・Participants with pre-existing medical conditions or illnesses
・Participants who are feeling unwell or are severely sleep-deprived
・Pregnant women
・Participants whose fingernails are so long that they are peeling or splitting

Notes
・The tour may be canceled due to weather, wind, or wave conditions.
・Please wear comfortable clothing that can get wet (cotton pants and jeans are not allowed).
・Please wear water shoes or sandals with a secure heel strap (flip-flops and sneakers are not allowed).
・Please bring a towel and a change of clothes.
・If you are prone to motion sickness, please bring motion sickness medication or similar precautions in advance.
・As extreme heat is expected during the summer, please bring beverages (which you may bring onto the kayak), a hat (one that won’t blow away easily), and sunscreen as precautions against heatstroke.
