Vegetable Harvest & Meal Experience Around the Irori (Multilingual Support Available)
Harvest seasonal vegetables, such as Manganji chili peppers, and enjoy them fresh off the grill at the hearth in a traditional Japanese house.
Under the guidance of the farmers, you’ll harvest high-quality vegetables grown in our prized fields, where we take great care in preparing the soil.
The freshly harvested vegetables are grilled over charcoal in the hearth of a traditional Japanese house, and you’ll enjoy them right there while they’re still hot.
Please savor to your heart’s content the authentic flavors of vegetables nurtured by the climate of Fukuchiyama, including the Manganji chili peppers.
