First-Time Meditation Experience at a Mountain Temple (Includes Medicinal Cuisine)
This package lets you enjoy a meditation experience and medicinal cuisine at a mountain temple with a 400-year history.
It is said that meditation helps reduce stress by focusing on your breath and calming your mind, thereby bringing balance to both your mind and body.
A female monk will guide you gently and carefully, so even first-timers can feel at ease.
After the meditation session, we’ll serve you a medicinal herbal meal.
You’ll also have the opportunity to try “meditation through eating,” which involves practicing mindfulness while you eat.
