Fukuchiyama Castle Tour & Tea Canister-Making Workshop (with English-speaking guide)
Fascinating commentary on Fukuchiyama Castle by an English-speaking guide and tea canister-making at a specialty tea shop
Fukuchiyama Castle, associated with Akechi Mitsuhide.
An English-speaking guide will provide an engaging and easy-to-understand explanation of the castle’s history and highlights.
From the main keep, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the castle town of Fukuchiyama, which Mitsuhide developed.
At a fourth-generation Japanese tea specialty shop in the castle town, you’ll have the chance to try your hand at making your own original tea canister using washi paper.
For those interested, we also offer a Japanese tea brewing experience using a teapot (additional fee applies).
