The “Nagarebashi,” with a total length of 356 meters, is one of Japan’s longest pedestrian-only wooden bridges. Its unique traditional design—featuring no handrails—creates an open, unobstructed view and has been used as a filming location for period dramas on numerous occasions. Surrounded by beautiful green tea fields and the tranquil riverbank, this spot is the perfect destination for a bike ride where you can stretch your legs, take wonderful photos, and experience Japan’s idyllic countryside.
