- Cancellation fees apply starting three days before the event date. (Example) For an event held on a Saturday, the fee is 30% on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 50% on the day of the event.

- Weekday Use: We are generally closed on weekdays, but for groups of five or more adults, we can accommodate reservations on weekdays or outside the regular season upon consultation regarding the schedule.

Essentials
A complete set of spare clothes, including clothing, underwear, bath towels, and shoes
・Your clothes will get wet even if the boat doesn’t capsize, so please be sure to bring a change of clothes to wear after the lesson.
・Shoes that can get wet for canoeing (e.g., jogging shoes with thin soles)
・Please wear socks, as sand will get inside your shoes.
Sandals can cause injuries. Please bring shoes that protect your toes and heels.
・Wear quick-drying synthetic clothing (such as track suits or rainwear).
・Dress in layers—starting with a swimsuit, then an undershirt (T-shirt, etc.), and an outer layer (rainwear, etc.).
・Please bring a glasses strap, hat, rain gear, sunscreen, etc., as needed.
・Since your glasses may fall off in the event of a capsize, we recommend wearing disposable contact lenses.
・Please bring a drink (such as a plastic bottle) to stay hydrated.
・A copy of your health insurance card
