Kotobiki Beach in Amino-cho, Kyotango City, is approximately 1.8 km long, and most of it consists of “singing sand.” Located on the western part of the Tango Peninsula, Kotobiki Beach features white sand and green pine trees, and its natural environment remains well-preserved; a variety of seashells wash ashore here. This hands-on experience allows participants to learn about the current state of beach debris through the shells, appreciate the natural beauty of the shells themselves, and discover the joy of crafting.
