Vegetarian Sushi-Making Experience
A vegetarian sushi-making experience featuring vegetable-based toppings instead of fish. Suitable for vegans and those with religious dietary restrictions. Learn from a master sushi chef and enjoy the sushi you make right there on the spot. English-speaking staff available; transportation provided.
This is a sushi-making experience designed for vegetarians, featuring sushi rolls made with vegetable-based ingredients instead of fish. Vegetarians, vegans, and international guests who avoid raw fish for religious reasons can all enjoy this experience with peace of mind. A master sushi chef trained at a high-end sushi restaurant in Tokyo will provide careful instruction on everything from shaping the rice to plating the sushi. In a space renovated from a 100-year-old Kyoto townhouse, you can savor the colorful sushi you’ve made yourself right on the spot. English-speaking staff are available, and we also provide transportation from Ayabe Station.
